How do you match my brand color?
Send your color standard with your artwork: a Pantone reference, a physical sample or an approved printed piece. We print to it on the label stock you choose, and you approve the color on a proof before the run. On clear and metallic films, a white underprint keeps the color from shifting.
Which labels hold up in showers and steam rooms?
Film facestocks such as BOPP with a laminate are the usual choice for wet and humid use. Paper absorbs water and is best kept for dry shelves. Tell us where the product lives and what it is filled with, and we match the stock, adhesive and laminate to it.
Can you ship labels straight to my co-packer?
Yes. Add your co-packer as the ship-to on your order, and include their roll specs so the labels arrive ready to run on their line.
What specs does my co-packer need?
The label construction (facestock, adhesive and laminate), the label size and gap, the core size, the maximum outside diameter, the unwind position and the labels per roll. packOS keeps these technical specs with every label, so your co-packer knows exactly what they are getting. Ask them for their applicator requirements; the spec sheet builder on this page shows the fields and estimates labels per roll.
Do you make the bottles, jars or tubes?
No. packOS prints the labels only. We print to your container’s size and shape, and your containers come from your own supplier or co-packer.
How do I order many shades and scents?
Upload the artwork for every variant and Quick Quote prices them together. The minimum is 10,000 units per label size, combined across the SKUs that share it, with at least 2,500 per SKU.
